TARC Restaurant was start operation!!!
I'm one of the hotel management student sure get involves lo.
haha..My group work shift in every Wednesday..but time Will change every week..

17/6 Wednesday
we worked at 11am-3pm..
This period was so busy,because it is a lunch time.
I'm be cashier of the day.
My group- GroupA served at Restaurant,and GroupB were in the kitchen.
My job was quite easy,server give me order paper,then i just open the payment slips,when customer want to bill up.Beside me was Bar Tender-diamond,she damn funny,make me laughing like Hell!! cant stop at all!! haha..
But she quite busy,have to prepared hot&cold water,butter,coffee,tea,cake and have to wash up all the tea cups and bb plates.
So when i finished my work,I was help her prepared the tea&coffee and cake when the guest were finished their main course.
Unfortunately,I have make a mistake.TT
haha,when i was preparing the cake,it suddenly fall down into my hand,so cant served to customer already..Because the pattern was spoil and all the cream was in my hand..
haha..But it not bad,at least i can eat the cake.Actually teacher call me threw it,but i don't want,haha..because till can eat wt,just the cream already "eat" by my hand only..haha
After that, I also help her wash and lap all the cups and plates.I have received few call for reservation,but our Restaurant was FULL,so have to reject them already..TT
GREAT right.??when 3pm iwas closing account,after sign by lecturer i was taking the money and payment bill to bursary..
Total of that period have RM527.50
Mnmnmm..not bad.
lecturer said today business quite good,because Tuesday just have 4 table only..
Fortunately,our operation were gone smoothly,we all co-operation with each other,so everything is all right and WELL-done..
kaka..praise myself tim..kaka..joke only..successful lo..
Next week my group will in kitchen..haha..GAmbahthe ok.??
